I am in-network with the following insurances in California:

I also accept out-of-network insurance. I charge $160 for 50-minute session, including the initial first appointment and follow-ups. I can provide the option of a super bill. A super bill is a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Here are some helpful questions you can ask your insurance:

• What are my out-of-network benefits?

• Do I have to meet a deductible before payment can be covered by my insurance?

• Is there a timely filing date that I need to file by after the service?

• What are the steps I need to take to submit a super bill?
  I recommend that you call the “Member Services” number on the back of your card to verify what your out-of-network healthcare benefits are for behavioral health in an out-patient setting.

Payment will be processed immediately after the session.  Your credit card will be stored securely for future charges and automatically processed. 

I charge a $160 fee for any late cancellations or no-shows. Please notify me 24 hours in advance from the scheduled appointment time if you need to reschedule your appointment.
